How do I get my meals?
All meals are delivered right to your door. Or available for pick-up at our Grandview location.

When is the cut-off date for ordering?
Thursdays at 11:59pm is the cut-off for the upcoming week's meals.
Can I make substitutions?
In some cases, yes! Substitution options are available on each item's product page.
How long will my meals last?
All breakfast, lunch, and dinner items will last up to 5 days refrigerated, and 3 months frozen.
Do you provide service outside of Columbus, OH?
At this time we only provide service to Columbus and it's surrounding areas. But don't worry, we've got our eye on your city! Hold tight!
What if I'm not home for delivery?
Totally fine! If it's for an extended period of time, you can leave a cooler out for your delivery driver. If it's for a short window of time leaving a note works, too!
I placed an order for delivery, but I'm outside of the delivery zone. Now what?
If you've placed an order outside of our delivery zone, we will still prepare your order, but it will be available for pick up only. We will notify you of the change 24 hours before scheduled deliveries. You will be charged for your order but your delivery fee will be refunded. Our pickup window is Sundays from 4-6pm.
