We're all about helping you build a healthy lifestyle, and trust us, dieting is not the way. Welcome to our version of Whole30/Paleo. All meals are gluten free and dairy free, however we've included grains and legumes such as quinoa, rice, lentils, etc. We also are no longer restricting natural sugars. You may find a small amount of honey or local Ohio maple syrup in a marinade or sauce on the side. Eating whole foods, in their foundational form is one of our FAVORITE ways to eat. Bon appetit!
